Targa has the most wonderful loving and gentle personality. He comes from a line of Champions in the show ring and on the field. At the end of the campaign year 2009 Targa was, solely breeder/owner handled, ranked #10 in All Breed and #15 in Breed statistics. 
He was an invitee to the Eukanuba National Championship in California in 2008, 2009, 2010, & 2011 and attended the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in 2009, where he made the final cut. 
On January 20, 2012 Targa retired from the show grounds 
with a Best of Breed win and a Group 3 placement  
under judge Murrel Purkhiser (Photo above). 

In May of 2015 Targa attended the BCOA National Specialty in Ohio. A few weeks shy of his 11th birthday he came home with a first placement in Veterans Sweepstakes (10 +), a first placement in Dual Champion Sweepstakes (10 +) and a second placement in the regular Veterans class (10 +) .
